Session replay
Watch real visits as the visitor saw them, with every form input masked. Recordings are kept 30 days. Pro and Team plans.
Session replay records the page and what the visitor did on it (rrweb DOM recording, not video).
Turn it on
- In Settings → Session replay, switch it on.
- Add
data-replay="true"to your script tag:

></script>The recorder (about 36 KB gzipped) loads after the page. Behind a proxy, forward /js/recorder.js and /api/replay too.
Privacy
Every <input>, <textarea> and <select> value is masked, always. Canvas, cross-origin iframes, console output and network requests aren't recorded. Mark anything else:

Plans
Pro includes 5k recordings a month and Team 50k. Recordings are kept 30 days. Past the limit, new recordings stop until the 1st; analytics keeps working.
